The w151 Extra large and w201 Extra small suspensions impress with their reduced-to-essentials silhouettes, exaggerated dimensions and beautiful light. Today, these elementary, archetypal conical shapes are available as w221 Medium suspensions for spaces where the other two members of the family are too big or too small.
Whether suspended over a dining room or a conference table, the W221 Medium creates a welcoming atmosphere suitable for a wide range of environments and situations, providing offices and homes with precise, comfortable light.
Each of the three cone variants - artfully crafted from spun aluminum - makes a clear, self-sufficient statement in its own right. Together, they enable all kinds of creative arrangements: strict or playful, symmetrical or dynamic, but always with integrity and balance.
A high-quality SMD LED is used to create a homogeneous diffusion of warm, dimmable white light.

Claesson Koivisto Rune
The Swedish architects and designers Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune opened their studio in Stockholm, in 1995. Commissions for the multi-award winning practice include the Inde/Jacobs gallery in Texas, K5 Hotel in Tokyo, Zander K Hotel in Bergen, Sfera Building in Kyoto, Örsta Gallery in Kumla and a number of private houses in Sweden and abroad. Their architectural work has been exhibited at the Venice Architecture Biennale.
As designers they work with Arflex, Artifort, Boffi, Capdell, Cappellini, Fontana Arte, Kasthall, Living Divani, Offecct, Paola Lenti, Studio TK, Swedese, Tacchini and Time & Style amongst others. Their designs have won awards including Designer of the Year 2011 and 2014 by Elle Décor Italia, Red Dot “Best of the Best” 2014 and The Bruno Mathsson Prize 2015.
