Escargot is a sculptural lamp inspired by nature, designed by Le Corbusier for the public spaces of the Unité d’Habitation of Marseille. The body is made of aged cast brass. The interior reflector is a curved anodized aluminum surface, reflecting the light from the bulb hidden in the body, creating extensive indirect lighting.
