Flos – Michael Anastassiades
My Dome by Michael Anastassiades is a classic downward light diffuser, ideal for hanging over a table. The matte white color enhances the simplicity of the design, which complements any style.
My Dome's shade is acrylic-finish aluminum. A translucent PMMA plate ensures excellent light diffusion while protecting against glare.
Lighting is provided by two E27 sockets, enabling My Dome to be fitted with all the light power required.
My Lines, My Disc, My Dome and My Sphere make up a poetic ensemble by Michael Anastassiades, featuring luminaires with simple geometric shapes that can be combined by powering them via a sinuous ceiling track. Each element is dimmable.

Michael Anastassiades
Michael Anastassiades joined his design agency in London in 1994. The Cypriot-born designer studied industrial design and engineering at the Royal College of Arts and Imperial College London. His lamps, mirrors and other products fall somewhere between industrial design, sculpture and the decorative arts. Deceptively simple, his work is meticulously detailed and inspired by his studies in civil engineering and industrial design.
Anastassiades is particularly renowned for his lighting fixtures, which account for 80% of the projects entrusted to his agency. Shimmering surfaces mingle with simple geometric forms such as tubes, oblongs and spherical shapes, to articulate architectural spaces. The artist-designer has often chosen to use reflective materials such as glass and bronze, which float independently and interact with the surrounding space.
