Interior designer Louise Liljencrantz designed the Margas Sofa and Lounge Chair for a private residential project, which required a seating group capable of existing on its own in the center of a room. Welcoming and pleasing to look at from any angle, compact yet cosy, the Margas Lounge Chairs and 2-seater Sofa take their name from Liljencrantz's grandmother, Marga von Dardel, who for her was synonymous with warmth and friendliness.
“My grandmother was an amazing person. She was always in her deck chair by the window smoking cigarettes. I came to visit her almost every week and we sat together talking for hours and hours. »
Very Scandinavian in its casual rigor, the Margas collection is characterized by a solid curved and upholstered frame supported by short legs in oak or walnut wood. The armchair is also available in a version with a swivel base.
Materials Structure in solid beech and plywood. Padding in high resilience foam and polyester. Legs in oiled or black lacquered solid wood
