All scents are carefully selected and combined to create the complex layers of notes, an unconventional sense of sophistication. Each candle is crafted from the highest quality natural ingredients. Tailor made, exquisitely simple, refined. And always with a touch of the unexpected, a characteristic of every SCENTOFCOPENHAGEN creation.
The SCENTOFCOPENHAGEN candles are made from a blend of soy wax with european originated soybeans and GMO free coconut wax made from ecological coconuts. With sustainable and natural ingredients, all products are vegan. Soybeans grow fast and easily, and are far kinder to the environment than fossil and animal based products. Since the soy beans are vegetables, the wax is naturally biodegradable, which makes disposal safe for the environment. Other benefits are increased longevity due to a lower melting point, extending the life of the candle. This ensure safety in use hence our fragrances adhere to the safety standards set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), and are without CMR parabens.

All candles are hand poured in France, ensuring the details are perfect in every piece.

Our ingredients are sourced in Europe to keep til close to our production, and they are all certified as ecological.
Sustainable and vegan
All products are vegan friendly, and the ingredients and materials used are sustainable.
Scent of Copenhagen work with l'ESAT* du ROITELET in France, an organisation that strive to create roles for persons with handicap. All candles are packed by this organisation.

Østerbro Østerbro is a neighborhood in the north of Copenhagen, it boasts a wide mix of design shops, fine dinning restaurants and cozy cafes. It is posh, yet down to earth and it is one of the most attractive residential areas for families with kids.
Sparkling Tangerine and juicy Mangosteen are married beautifully with delicate floral petals of Jasmine and Peony.

Vesterbro is located just behind Tivoli Gardens, the once seedy Vesterbro area, famous for its red light district, is now the coolest part of Copenhagen.

Nørrebro
Kastellet (The Citadel) is one of the best preserved star fortresses in Northern Europe. Today it is a peaceful and protected public park area and an important cultural and historical site. It is a lovely place to go for a walk on a sunny day or a run to see the Copenhagen skyline and harbor from a different view - peaceful yet close to the busy centre of the city. Kastellet is located close to The Little Mermaid and The Gefion Fountain.

Nyhavn is one of the most iconic places in Copenhagen and a perfect spot to hang out in the sun or go for a canal tour. Stretching from Kongens Nytorv to the harbour front just south of the Royal Playhouse, it is lined by brightly colored 17th and early 18th century townhouses and bars, cafes and restaurants.

Drawn upon a long history of apothecary traditions in Copenhagen ART OF TIME encompasses each moment of the day with deep and complex scents in a typical apothecary glass jar with a light wooden lid.
