outdoor garden furniture

design Henrik Pedersen

AVON outdoor furniture is a collection with a very light appearance that consists of a 2-seater sofa, an armchair, an ottoman and a table. Ideal for the garden, AVON items are easy to move and store. With their sober and refined design, and their large soft cushions, AVON armchairs and sofas will allow you to create a cozy corner that can be reorganized as often as you may like.

AVON elements are designed to last and resist atmospheric agents. The structure of the furniture is in thermo-lacquered steel. The top of the AVON lounge table is made of ash from sustainably managed forests (FSC) and thermo-treated. This heat treatment (with steam) gives the wood a durability comparable to that of exotic woods without the need to use chemicals. The cushions of the AVON armchair, sofa and ottoman are upholstered in a water-repellent and stain-resistant fabric, Heritage by Sunbrella, Oeko-tex and Greenguard certified (labels certifying the absence of products hazardous to health and the environment).

« Does design really matter? Perhaps not – but for me it’s essential. It gives me a thrill to design forms and functions that are capable of moving people passionately and opening up new possibilities.

Passion for design is in my mind, soul and heart, wherever I go.

And my main inspiration is neo-scandinavian design, influenced by the vibes of London and the humor of Amsterdam, often with elements of fusion, resulting in materials and functions being combined in new and original ways, while always striving for a pure and simple look. »
