Anker, which means anchor, is a versatile chair created by designer Stine Weigelt in 2017. The Anker chair’s lines make it both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Indeed, it is composed of three legs that give the chair a  symmetrical design and also simplicity. This particularity is not only beautiful it also allows the chair to use less room. Therefore, it can easily fit into a small hallway or a bedroom.
 Versatile, the chair’s horizontal and flat seat make it possible to use Anker as a side table.

Stine Weigelt
Stine Weigelt graduated in 2014 as an industrial designer from the Design School Kolding.
Weigelt has then founded her own studio whenre she dedicated herself to furniture design, art pieces and projects with focus on social design. Weigelt Studio collaborates with Danish design companies such as Skagerak and FDB Møbler. Since 2010, Weigelt has exhibited her designs and experimental one-off objects during art exhibitions nationally and internationally.
In 2016, she began working with FDB Møbler for whom she imagined the Anker chair.
