Le Klint is a Danish design lighting company founded in 1900, particularly known for its lamps with pleated lampshades. Among the designers behind Le Klint style is the architect Kaare Klint (1888-1954), author of the classic lamp Le Klint 101 ("The Lantern"), but also of several classic pieces of furniture like the Safari chair and some architectural masterpieces such as the Bethlehem Church in Copenhagen (1935-1937). Each year new works by contemporary talents like Aurélien Barbry, Markus Johansson or Øivind Slaatto are added to this historical heritage.
