Esben Klint was the son of danish designer Kaare Klint. He received a broad and complete education from some of the leading architects of the time, including whom one can cite his own father Kaare Klint.
In some ways he was very clearly his father’s disciple. He produced designs for church inventory and furniture he designed with Børge Mogensen. He has also designed a number of lamps for Le Klint. Many of these are still part of the Le Klint product range.
The 375 is a lovely table lamp that will add a touch of wonder to any interior. Originally designed by Esben Klint in 1942 the table lamp was relaunched in 2017 to celebrate the Le Klint’s 75th anniversary. The table lamp is composed of a shade that is made of either paper or plastic. As for the base, it is made of light oak to which a subtle brass detail was added.
