The TS collection is already well known to design enthusiasts for its ability to adapt to all interiors and situations. Now, the TS collection has been adapted for outdoor use.
Luxurious table tops in beautifully veined white travertine complement the geometric bases in powder-coated stainless steel, bringing the collection's interior aesthetic across the threshold to the outdoors.
The TS outdoor collection, offered in two sizes, creates a sophisticated, sculptural statement with its distinctive slender legs, criss-cross detailing and contrasting solid tabletop.
It was originally designed by GamFratesi for the famous The Standard restaurant in Copenhagen, from which it draws not only its name, but also its aesthetic and material inspiration.

GamFratesi
Stine Gam was born in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 1975. She graduated as an architect with a Master's degree in Furniture Design. Enrico Fratesi is Italian, born in 1978. He studied architecture and obtained a master's degree in Industrial Design.
Gam and Fratesi gained experience as architects in several firms in Japan and Scandinavia before opening their own design studio in 2006. The studio is based in Copenhagen, although Gam and Fratesi are constantly on the move between Italy and Denmark, developing and researching new projects.
GamFratesi's language develops as a fusion of tradition and renewal, with an experimental approach to materials and techniques. With their dual traditions, Stine Gam and Enrico Fratesi design on the basis of classic Danish furniture based on craftsmanship, integrating an Italian approach to the typically conceptual project. Understanding tradition and actively treating the creative process in the laboratory are the tools used by the studio to evolve.
The results are projects that reflect tradition by incorporating stories, symbols and associations, often expressed through minimalist language. GamFratesi aim to create products that clearly illustrate the process and techniques that created it, reflecting a persistent exploration of the boundary between harmony and discord.
GamFratesi have received major awards: design award Elle Decoration International (EDIDA) as International Young Designer of the Year 2013, Guest of Honor Stockholm Furniture and Light Fair 2014, Sélection Compas en Or / ADI, Nomination Best Designer Icon Design Award 2014, Prix Vico Magistretti by De Padova, Good Design Award by Chicago Atheneum Museum of Architecture, Best Danish Designer 2012 by Bolig Magasin, 'Walk the Plank award 2009′ and Best Danish designer 2009 by RUM.
Their work has been featured in numerous exhibitions, at the Milan Triennale, Copenhagen Museum of Art and Design, Trapholt Art Museum Kolding, Palais Litta, Shanghai and in Mindcraft group shows in Milan, Danish Embassy Tokyo, and Design Miami/Basel.
